I've recently noticed this spot on my temple (although I never payed attention before) and its making me worry. It's only on this side. I tried taking pictures a month apart but it was hard to recreate exactly. The first two are now the bottom two are almost a month ago. My dad is 60 and shows no signs of balding. Neither of my grandpa ever went bald and I don't know any close male family members who were. I also recently went through a rough breakup around the time I started noticing I was losing hair (in shower drain and on brush) but I don't know if stress can cause thinning in this area. I've started taking biotin and vitamins because my diet was also crappy for a while. The shedding seems to have slowed but it's still worrying.
