What can you do? What any man can do: stop it now that you still have hair. There's an enormous chance of you keeping it all and having some good regrowth.
The only effective methods as of 2019: antiandrogens (Finasteride), growth stimulants (Minoxidil), good shampoo (Keto 2/3 times per week; normal shampoo the rest of the days, neutral ph), vitamins (biotin specially). On top of all of this, good food, do sports, get 8 hours of sleep every day.
EDIT: I must tell you I hadn't noticed you are only 17. It's quite early to start Finasteride, to be honest. I'm 23 and I'm even worried I may be young for it (but 23 is not 17; your still a teen). So have that in mind. Talk to a dermatologist about it.
