Just visit a doctor. None of us are qualified to answer your questions. Visiting a good doctor will put your mind at ease.
My son did it, and found out he was balding (I thought he was, my wife's side is even worse than mine).
That said, it's really binary. You've already gone through puberty, so you are physically a man at this point.
Everybody here is giving you an opinion, but what you need are facts.

like everyone in real life tells me that it’s fine while everyone on here tells me that i need to take finasteride quickly before i go bald and i don’t know who to believe. and if i even ask my parents to let me see a doctor or to take finasteride they said that they will cut all my hair off as a punishment for complaining too much about my hair

Your parents are assholes. I would never tell my kids what to do with their appearance.
Tell them it's your appearance, and it's none of their business. I'm not as nice, I because if they were my parents,
I would tell them to go f*ck themselves.
Some people shouldn't have kids. You should explain to them that you wouldn't treat your kids this way.
You need to disassociate with them as soon as you can.

i can’t do anything until i turn 18 so i just want to know if my hairline could remain stable until then because if it is then ill be able to take action and protect my hair before it even begins to recede or thin

It's rare for someone to lose a lot of hair from androgen alopecia at a young age, although it does occur, it's probably less than
ten percent of men.
The only thing that really stops it is anti DHT medications such as Finasteride.
I would really have reservations about taking anything though. There side effects with many of the medications, just my opinion.

i really want to take hrt/estrogen when i turn 18 but im scared that it will be too late by then. im not sure if im paranoid or not but i think on the good side of my hairline it might have moved back a tiny bit in the corner, however i could just be paranoid

i feel like not being on hrt/estrogen is making me depressed, every day i wake up worried that my hair is receding or thinning i keep on having to ask my friends and family about the state of my hair to the point where they don’t want to talk to me anymore and i get scared when i have to wash my hair since i only do it every few days and i have pretty long hair so i shed a lot when i wash it and that makes it feel like im thinning

my family don’t even understand they think i care only about how it looks so they just threaten to cut it all off if i keep complaining instead of actually listening to me
