Am I missing anything?

Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster here. I'm 24 years old and started balding at 18. For several years I managed to keep the hairloss in check by taking 1 mg of finasteride daily. However, as the years progressed this simple regimen was not enough to keep the onslaught at bay. Until hair multiplication becomes a reality, here's the stack that I'm relying on:

Finasteride 1 mg/day
Xandrox w/retin A - applied twice daily
Topical spironolactone 5% - applied twice daily
Nizoral 2% & Revita - alternating days
Spectral DNC - applied once daily
Emu oil - applied twice weekly

I also take zinc and saw palmetto in pill form. In addition, I've homebrewed a topical dutasteride using Dermolics Carrier Matrix w/5% DMSO, which I use once a day.

Is my stack lacking in any way? Any add-ons I should consider? Thanks for any tips/advice.

That regimine might be a little overkill and a lot of trouble. For example, you should not apply the DNC and Xandrox together. To simplify this regimine a bit, here's what you should do:

DNC in the morning and xandrox w/ retin-a @ night.
Drop the dutas concoction unless you want to take the pills instead of finasteride.
Just use the sipro 5% at night after your minoxidil has dried.
Just use the emu oil in the morning after your minoxidil has dried.
The zinc and SP are really unecessary - just take a multivitamin everyday (some even have SP in them if you still insist on it).

This would give you the most benefit with the least cost/hassle. Good luck.

The best regimens are cheap and as simple as possible.

I completely agree with this. Keep it simple, not only is it cheaper but you will be more likely to stick to a simpler regimen longer - and more importantly - consistently.

consistency & patience are so important in hair loss treatments.

Plus, and I have no proof for this, but I feel that battering your scalp with so much stuff may not be as beneficial as it seems. less is more?
