I don't think it's bad, it's a matter of styling and haircut, looks good, it's a little receded but into the maturing zone, if you get to maintain the hair you have until 40-50 i think you are gonna be very lucky and happy about it so don't stress it, at least this is my opinion... The right temple gained some ground from what i can see from the pictures, in 2019 was more receded than in 2020, there is a little difference between the position of the head in the pictures but i can see the difference...

Keep in mind also that only 1% of men keep their juvenile hairline until they die, the rest all of them have some form of hair loss until they die, even if it's not androgenetic alopecia or some sort of it.

That's because of the way he styles it, check the before and after pictures one next to another omfg...
Could be. Deeper thinning is present in one of the pics. Only OP can know if its due to angles or not by comparing with other photos.

Yeah thats why I was thinking Id lost a bit more ground it looks thinner at the top dunno if its what was happening due to finasteride not being strong enough as this is why i switched or dutasteride being ineffective

Some people loose a bit of ground when switching from finasteride to duta. So maybe this the case here. Hopefully you’ll stabilize and experience no further loss.

I’ve been on minoxidil for more than 1.8 years. I did not experience any regrowth. I had a small shed after two weeks of applying minoxidil, then none afterwards. I was very consistent, but did not get any minor results. My hair seems to have maintained, but I would not claim minoxidil is the reason behind the apparent maintenance.

Looks good, its very very rare to see 5ar inhibitors regrow recession, thats usually only seen in more aggressive regiments that involve minoxidil+derma rolling. Why did you switch to dutasteride? I did it because finasteride was giving me between 45-50% reduction in serum dht, there is a much greater variance in the reduction curve in Finasteride compared to dutasteride. dutasteride gives me 94% reduction so it immediately stopped the progression that finasteride could not. Theres a notion around here that if finasteride doesn't work dutasteride wont do much better but in certain individuals that is just false.

I'd say you maintained, maybe looking a little better than before especially more toward the front-center. Pictures can be deceiving though, I just base it purely on what I can see.
