First sorry for my English I'm not that great at it yet, I haven't been paying attention to my hair because I usually have it long but recently I took a picture of my crown and I noticed it was somehow really empty, started to get obsessed with it day by day, noticed when I run my hand through my hair I find 4 or 5 hair strands and the same from the crown, I was afraid to wash my hair with shampoo in case it fully falls off , I have greasy hair And the scalp itches sometimes so I decided to wash it, after washing it my crown looks normal and full but after a day I guess the grease came back and it looks empty again. Can someone please tell me if I'm losing both my hair and mind ? PS I'm 24 and my dad and grandfather is bald.
