Hi, I am a 27 year old male.
I have had thin/fine hair since as young as I can remember, dating way back to when I was a kid. In addition, I have always had high temples and never in my life had a straight hair line. I still remember when I was 10 years old the hairdresser telling my mum that if she cut my hair short I would need half a bucket of gel just to hold it up because of how fine my hair was.
Anyway, at 18 I began to get conscious over my hair, like most people my age. Despite being told everything was OK, I began to obsess over it all and take pictures and all the rest like most of you on here. Well at 27, I've just had another incident where I started to freak out, this time being scared over crown loss at the back of my hair. My family tell me it is fine, my hairdresser says it's just the angle that I look at it, but I am not convinced at all and am almost certain that a bald spot is starting to form, particularly below my crown.
Attached are some of the photos I have taken recently that show up the loss. Let me know what you all think. I've tried to take as many photos as possible from as many different angles as I could but happy to provide more if needed. Please note that the top of my hair is fairly long but from the crown down and along the sides is about a number 6-8.
