Hey guys, I am currently 22, so around July 2021 I used to take ashwaganda but noticed that it was causing me to lose hair. However I have stopped taking. I had read online that hair loss as a result of medicine is only temporary and writhing 6-12 months the hair regrows. From the pictures does it look as though the hair that I had been losing is starting to grow back?
Am I losing hair or is it regrowing?
