Too young right now. You need to try and keep what you still have with treatments and if you can keep that for 3 yrs or so then think about it again. But having one right now would not be a good idea as you seem to have aggressive hairloss.
Also never concentrate just on rebuilding the hairline, you need to be conservative with your donor supply it could have to be used for your entire top of the head.
