No false optimism please, I want to know the worst case scenario so that Im prepared in case I do eventually start losing a considerable amount of hair. Thanks!

No. Your hairline is about where it should be for 29 years old, just some slight recession. Norwood 1 maybe 1.5. Your crown doesn't look thin at all. Maybe youll have to deal with balding later in life, who knows at your young age what the future holds for you, but I think you'll be fine for the foreseeable future.

I'd just keep an eye on your hairline and thickness on your crown. If you notice further recession and/or thinning consider finasteride.

At 21 this definitely matter of concern because hairline has slightly gone upward and is uneven. I sad to inform you that it is baldness in infancy. One way to is to feel your all hairs with fingers ,rub them on each other .if you feel that top of head is thinner to touch and less dense then that would be your area which sooner or later become bald .best luck.
