Near the end of 2005 when I was 19 y/o my work collegues started commenting on my 'bald spot' when I would be in the office working on the computer. This would be at night wen there was a light on above my head. Th hair was definietly thin on my crown. It is not as noticable during the day. My Dad start losing his hair on his vertex when he was only 25. He is 40 now and only has his frontal hairline left. I thought I must be starting male pattern baldness even earlier than him.
However more than 3 years have passed and it is not all that different. I have been thinking that my hair is falling out really slowly. I shaved my head to a #4 recently and was surprised that there was no bald spot and my hair coverage ws even all over. My Mum and Dad commented saying its good to see Im not losing my hair. It just seems like my actual strands of hair have thinned out a lot and not actually fallen out? I dont understand. Is this meant to happen? When my hair is a bit longer it definitely looks like IM losing it. Also I always read of people seeing their hair go down the drain etc. when showering but I have never experienced this.
Any help info on this would be much appcreciated.
