Am I Going Bald? Please Really Need Help

Hi. I’m 14 years old and am worried that I’m going bald at such a young age. Both sides of my parents have suffered from hair loss. I have a decent diet and no stress.If I am going bald, is there a way I can prevent it or slow it down? Also, what products should I use and natural and or medication?
