Am I Going Bald? Early Crown Thinning

Hello,
im 19 years old and im really worried im going bald although im pretty sure i am.

My father his fater and all his brothers all went bald. Not completely bald but at the crown for sure.
On my mothers side though everyone has great hair.

I dont know if that matters but i turned out exactly like my mothers brothers which have a full head of hair.

Recently ive been getting comments about my crown and started realising myself that maybe i am going bals this early

No you’re fine. Thick hair. if you grew it out another half inch you wouldn’t see any skin.

Thats exactly what i wanted to hear but im afraid you might have said that because you know haha. I hope youre right. The rest of my head is patchy aswell which makes me feel better cause its always been this way but my scalp itches a bit lately

kind of looks like double cowlick swirl lol. Ask a Doctor to test it with miniaturization microscope (transplant surgeons have these) if you doubt it, because it looks a tad sparse, but might be what you always had
