Am I Going Bald? Are These First Signs Of Baldness

I recently spotted what it looked like a hairless line om my scalp.
I recently a got a 2'' machine haircut 2 weeks ago.

Do you think this is the first sign of me going bald? And if so, what do you think I should do to treat it?
