Am I Getting Bald, Or Just Freaking Out?

Hello everyone, I'm a relatively young guy from Eastern Europe, I'm 19 years old and my barber has noticed that my hair is thinning on the back of the top of my head (the crown area sorta). I've taken a picture for you to enlight me about what's happening with my hair. Some notes: father's hair began thinning when he entered his 40's, grandfather same, but the younger brother of grandpa has lost his hair pretty early (he had some heart issues, and he went full white at 28), his sons as well. What regards my paternal grandmother's family is that they are all the same, hair thinning at a young age. My maternal grandparents though they all have "good genetics" I guess, because both grandparents and their relatives have their original hair colour with almost no loss at all in their late 60's.

This is how my hair looks combed fully forwards, if I comb it backwards or sideways its not noticeable.

Also I have suffered from dandruff since pre-puberty, which I think (I may be wrong) has turned into seborrhea. I'm going to visit my doctor this Monday to get some information. Point is, my scalp isn't healthy.

This is a tough one, I wanna say double cowlick but it looks like a bit more than that to me... best see a doctor, get a real expert opinion

But I haven't had this since january, this year.. and also I lose a lot of hair when I wash it, like 25-30.. if I rinse it for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc. it's the same

25-30 is a lot? god i wish i only lose that... i usually lose like 50... somedays 150
