It works for regular Androgenetic Alopecia but for the unlucky few who have DUPA the working theory rn is diffuse alopecia areata (aka alopecia areata incognita) or hyperprolactinemia. worst case scenario is you have those, take estrogen and go from a balding man to a balding woman because DHT was never the cause of your hair loss

Scalp hair will also grow back, and receding hairlines will fill in!

once at night, i use the mane regain brand with the dropper and just rub 1ml on my crown. Its been about 2 weeks and ngl its making so visible difference. ill lyk if anything changes tho soon im also gonna hop on Tofacitinib and estradiol gel on the scalp, and im also gonna get my prolactin levels checked see if i should take cabergoline too

Apply a thin layer covering an area the size of one palm; one pump equals the area of one palm. I cannot answer questions regarding its use on the scalp. As for dosage, if applying to the recommended areas, I would suggest one pump daily for the first week, then increasing to two pumps starting the second week. If applying to the scalp, use one pump; do not rub it in until dry—simply apply a thin layer. I recommend using the estradiol gel in the morning after waking up.
