So around February I noticed my hairline had gone back quite a bit. As I am only 16 I was pretty shocked I didn't even know it was possible tbh. It's possible that the recision was due to traction as I did put my hair to the left rather than the right which was rather straining on my hair but like I said I thought my age made my follicles invincible until I noticed a massive chunk taken out of my right temples hair and a smaller one one the left side.
Once I noticed it I stopped straining my hair, started exercising and eating healthy as well as drinking a gallon of water a day I don't know if it was due to this or not but my hair fall decreased, it became thicker and healthier looking and I believe it may be growing back I could be crazy but if you want to give your opinion on any changes it's more than welcome.
