If you dont want to progress, i think you should get on treatment, considering your age, only 21, maybe the hairloss will progress. But see a dermatolgist to confirm.

Norwood 1. Clearly, you have nothing to fear for now. Even you had a maturing hairline and went NW2, it's still pretty good and I bet more than half the users here would have been happy with that.

It does not seem that you are balding but if you are facing hair loss issues then you can have some protein-rich diet to overcome this temporary loss.
