Also people here drink beer way more often than vodka, that's just a stereotype really. Не, для дуты рецепт не нужен, его даже при покупке эстрадиола с антиандрогенами не спрашивают. Если есть возможность, закажи на аптекару, там дешевле. Дутастерид Канон вроде самый дешевый. Я бы начал с него, а потом если через годик не будет улучшений уже бы добавлял миноксидил. По моему опыту, на перспективу лучше принимать через день, либо даже 2 раза в неделю, так как штука очень сильная и может задушить ДГТ под ноль, а это в свою очередь может спровоцировать повышение чувствительности рецепторов.

Я так понял что если его начинаешь пить, уже толку в зал ходить нет... Буду соевое мясо жрать, говорят же что от него тестостерон уменьшается, хотя его вроде как миф
