I wish dutasteride costed less though...

Eh that's probably cause I'm chronically online and learned to speak English much more freely than even my own language. But yeah I guess I do look like a UK boy there haha, the ornament on the mcdonalds wall kinda gives away it's in Russia though. I've used to have longer hair before and when I was in Turkey most locals thought I was from US lol, it's rare to find someone with hair that goes past shoulders where I live. Tbh with longer hair it wasn't as obvious my hairline is that bad, but I like my new hairstyle better despite the reccession and all the people I know said it suits me better

Yes. I always hide my hairline..got a fluffy hair style that covers it. Nobody can tell that im balding or have receeded hairline only the wind knows bahahaha.

Oh, didn't know Poles have hairline problems. I think I got mine from the mom's side too, cause my dad's hair is very decent for what... almost 60 years old? I found a pic of my granddad and yeah... He bald. Idk if he had a bald head when he was younger though, I only have his most recent photos. He was such a great guy too, RIP. I kinda got the worst genes for eveything except like my height, unlucky but it is what it is

Прив. Да, лысеешь потихоньку, как минимум вид сверху это наглядно показывает. У меня тоже высокий лоб и годам к 30 это выглядело уже совсем стремно, особенно с длинными волосами. Впринципе такому типу лица подойдет челка, но она тоже будет до поры до времени только спасать. Вообщем смотри сам, но я бы уже начинал суетиться на твоем месте.

Ну вот да, сейчас мне ещё норм, но не хочется лет через 3-5 совсем уже лысым быть. Ладно, сегодня зарплату получил, завтра сбегаю за этими таблетками, которые тут рекомендовали, , к врачу лень идти, всё равно тоже самое выпишет. Хоть их пока буду пить, немного успокоюсь, а то и без этого проблем много... Хотя для дутастерида вроде всё равно нужен рецепт? И какой он дороговатый, ну да ладно. Может ещё миноксидил куплю, хотя он вроде для роста волос, так что наверное не особо поможет

Не, для дуты рецепт не нужен, его даже при покупке эстрадиола с антиандрогенами не спрашивают. Если есть возможность, закажи на аптекару, там дешевле. Дутастерид Канон вроде самый дешевый. Я бы начал с него, а потом если через годик не будет улучшений уже бы добавлял миноксидил. По моему опыту, на перспективу лучше принимать через день, либо даже 2 раза в неделю, так как штука очень сильная и может задушить ДГТ под ноль, а это в свою очередь может спровоцировать повышение чувствительности рецепторов.

А финастерид норм? Щас почитал, некоторые говорят что у них даже новые волосы с ним выросли, он вроде так вообще дешёвый, наверное стоит и то, и то тогда попить?

Если коротко, у дуты и фина 2 основных различия. Дута блокирует и 1ый и 2ой тип 5а редуктазы (фермент, который производит ДГТ), когда как фин только 2ой. 1ый тип это по сути бэкдор, когда ДГТ образуется не напрямую из тестостерона, а из метаболитов. Вот упрощенная схема (но там на самом деле сильно больше стероидов и ферментов участвует):

2ое отличие это то, что размер молекул дуты больше и ему сложнее преодолеть гематоэнцефалический барьер (грубо говоря сложнее попасть в мозг). Из за этого у него меньше шансов на побочки, связанные с изменением уровней нейростероидов, такие как депрессия, головная боль, тупость и прочее.

Вообще, ИМХО, не вижу ни 1ой причины начинать с фина как многие советуют, он просто хуже... Основная проблема, как я уже упомянул, это то что дута может убрать ДГТ вообще в 0 если его пить каждый день, так как у него еще очень большой период полувыведения и если будут побочки от низкого ДГТ, их придется терпеть как минимум месяц. Но эта проблема решается просто снижением частоты приема, а в случае малой эффективности, можно будет постепенно добавлять дни приема.
