8 months ago I cut my long mane of hair, and recently in like the past month or so I’ve noticed recession
I see what I think is miniaturization around my right temple, and it’s receded slightly, also I usually have my hair swept to the side but it’s not wanting to do that anymore, my fiancé and I are both concerned, I’m wondering if I should see a specialist to see if I do have a problem that I need to worry about, I shed but not too much I don’t thinkAnd I thought I was crazy for thinking im balding lmao. No but seriously i dont see any signs at all. No thin hairs on the hairline at ALL, no sharp temples, nothing. Everything looks perfect to me.
By the way thank you for the feedback manAnd I thought I was crazy for thinking im balding lmao. No but seriously i dont see any signs at all. No thin hairs on the hairline at ALL, no sharp temples, nothing. Everything looks perfect to me.
What's your family history like? I personally see no miniaturization, but I've been (kinda still am) in your shoes when you see what others can't see. But are you genetically predisposed?I see what I think is miniaturization around my right temple, and it’s receded slightly, also I usually have my hair swept to the side but it’s not wanting to do that anymore, my fiancé and I are both concerned, I’m wondering if I should see a specialist to see if I do have a problem that I need to worry about, I shed but not too much I don’t think
If sleep plays a role my 17 year old self is gonna be slick bald by 20 lol. I don't think that's a factor, but balding doesn't seem out of the ordinary based on your history. I'd say do what im doing. Even tho it's only visible to you seemingly, go to a derm. They can tell you better than anyone online. Good luck with everything. Also feel it’s worth noting I think stress could be a factor, I get on average 4-6 hours of sleep each night. Get up at 6 AM and go to work a desk job. Get off at 3:15 and immediately go home and shower and drive 45 min - an hour to go see my fiancé as we haven’t fully moved in together. I don’t leave until about 11 meaning I get home around midnight. I probably have some form of insomnia as in average I probably go to bed at 1AM as i can be dead tired on my way home but the moment I get in bed I can’t sleep. Not trying to give my whole life’s story just saying I get very little sleep and have financial and health stresses along with a father who’s been sick but is finally recovered
I see no problem at all. Idk how old you are, but you have a perfectly mature hairline. No baby hairs, no thin hairs on the hairline. I’m no professional but you’re in the clear for the obvious signsAnother pic
