Am I Balding, Or Do I Just Baby Thin Hair?

I've had my hair like this since I was 16. I'm 21 now, and my hair has gotten thinner, but I don't shed. Am I balding quickly?

i think MPHL --you may have baby fine hair so its more noticeable younger..but you said yourself its getting thinner
