I'm only 16 years old, few hairs fall out when showering if i run my hand through my hair. Dad is 63 with alot of hair for his age, not close to being bald.

Having a few hair fall out when showering is normal.

That’s most likely a cow lick.

Now if you notice tons of hair on your hands when you shower, then that’s something to worry about.
