Am I Balding? I’m 19 Years Old Now

everyone says it’s not happening but I’m worried it is. If it is, will starting treatment allow me to keep or regrow any hair?

The first pic my scalp is sunburnt.

The second it’s still drying

The third it’s mostly dry

I should add sometimes my hair grows in different directions and I’ve been stressed a lot recently so I don’t know if it’s diffuse or temporary/stress related

Also one other thing (sorry!) it has never been an issue I’ve noticed until this summer. I’m seeking the dermatologist this week
