Am I Balding Age 17 If Not How To Regrow Plucked Hair

About i year now i have realised my hairline looks receded and high in the temples with thin hair on each side. I have pulled some of thinner hairs on my left side around 10 and a few in my widows peak some have grown back but not all. But since the end of 2018 i had noticed that the hair near my temples were thing than the rest of my hairline. male pattern baldness runs on dads side on mums side her father had hair hair but died early so and his hairline looked receded. Most members of her family have hair.

My hair texture is medium curls which cannot be seen in any of my alive relatives.The photos below have been taken during end 2018 up till the start of 2020

if im not balding is there a way to regrow these plucked hairs

Plucking hairs yanks the from the follicles possibly damaging them... I've plucked some hairs on my chin a few months ago and I've noticed they took months to grow back.

Unfortunately those plucked hairs are just miniturized hairs you have a m shaped hairline which does mean your receding, so yes you have male pattern baldness. See a derm to get in treatment. Best of luck

Is it possible that this is not balding as I haven't noticed any abnormal shedding or any recession since plucking as my hairline has been like this for a while with the small hairs at temple for 2 yrs now

I believe you are receding it might stop where it's at but those hairs you were talking about were more than likely miniturized hairs

Pulling hair out early doesn’t jump start it’s growth cycle. It will return at whatever point it would have naturally done so. If you got lucky and they were telogen hairs, they could grow back pretty soon. If not, there’s no way to know.
There’s also no way to know whether or not the follicle itself was damaged by the pull in which case the extent of the damage would determine if and when it returns.

If, however, they were miniaturized, they may never return. That depends entirely on how advanced the miniaturization was. Right now your hairline is fine, but if you lose anymore ground it would be cause for concern. Take identical pictures every 3-6 months and you’ll be able to keep tabs on it.

Hi guys I have a minor update I've closely been inspecting my corner hair seems thinner but it been like this since a while so I'm not too concerned my only question is on my left temple region from which I had plucked hair previously o have I have noticed Blondie hair relatively short now sure why or how they are there
