I don't know if it's sudden tbh. I just started noticing it recently. But I have really thick hair so it's possible that I lose more than average.

I wash my hair everyday, and everytime after I'm done shampooing it, one of my hands has like 15-20 hairs in it. Is this normal?
It's freaking me out. I also lose like 10-15 hairs when I dry my hair with a towel afterwards..
