I’ve had diffuse thinning on the top of my head for awhile now and for the past two months have been treating it with the big 3 and using a 1.5mm dermapen weekly. After taking a closer look at the sides and back of my head I’m EXTREMELY wirrued that I’m thinning everywhere thus leading to me not being able to get a hair transplant. Is there any hope for me at all? Do I have diffuse thinning everywhere on my scalp? Am I over reacting? Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section I'm just freaking out that I won't be able to get it back.

Have you visited dermatologist or did some blood tests? Your hairloss seems pretty unusual specialy your thining at sides.
I think that hair transplant is not the best option for that kind of diffuse thining.
I suggest you to wait a bit longer and see what BIG3 can do to your loss. Two months time is not nearly enough to see some result. Give it half a year and maybe add some supplements to your regimen.

Why dont you send short email with these photos to a few reputable hair transplant clinics and ask them about their opinion?
They will evaluate your situation better than any of us here.
