No, don’t do a hair transplant now, in my opinion, your hair looks good for your age, wait until you’re 30+ It there’s more loss.

The crooked doctors will say you are ready, the honest doctors will tell you it is too early.

My advice would be to hold back.

I can see your concern in your temples but your hair still looks good. Wait and see how your pattern progresses.

Consider topical finasteride. It’s a solid and promising alternative to oral Finasteride without the sides.

Best of luck brother!

Hello,
As a doctor, looking at your hair condition, it looks good and at the moment you don't have to opt for hair transplant. But you need to start with topical and oral medications, to protect your present hairs, also protect your hair from falling. Even new hair regain also should happen.
Hair loss treatments like PRP, derma roller, mesotherapy, micro needling etc you can also do.
So that your receding hairline also can be taken care in a better way.
Follow medications and treatments for at least 6 to 9 months so that you can your hair fall can be stabilised and have good donor area for hair transplant treatment.
I hope to see a good and healthy hair's of yours.

Thanks and regards.
