The fall is not the same but is that DHT plays a role ?
If dutasteride and finasteride don't work for some people that's means perhaps DHT is not involved .For some women also Androcur and estrogen sometimes do not act.Maybe the DHT is not within the operation of all Androgenetic Alopecia.
Androgenetic Alopecia means androgenises can allopecia. Androgen means testosterone or DHT. If DHT isn't the cause then it's not androgen if allopecia, it's a different type of allopecia

I only make hypothèses. It clearly be an hormonal action in some but not all Androgenetic Alopecia with action of DHT.But there are cases where hormones do not act and yet we speak of Androgenetic Alopecia because the symptoms are similar. In the article , it is made mention of 2 causes; a hereditary , but I do not know what they called hereditary because most people have a normal testosterone. Hereditary hair loss is when the hormones have an anormals rate.Next, the article tells us about the issue circulation of blood that would carry DHT to the cells. All that to not go beyond the sacrosanct DHT.I'm a woman , I had 3 children and at that time I was drunk estrogen but that does not stop me from losing my hair mass.Next, the article offers topique.I 'm pretty dubitative. It's a bit light
I suppose, is that the sensitivity to DHT is not the only cause, but there are others , even if the symptoms are similar.Perhaps
Or sensitivity to DHT is too strong for some people .
There are more severe cases than others

In male patterned baldness, men usually have normal level of testosterone, but the hair follicles are sensitive to the DHT. It's gentics, some men dont have these terrible genes. That's why its called hereditary.

I have this terrible balding genes, my hair follicles are sentitive to the DHT, so I'm trying the best I can to crush as much DHT as possible.

Most people in the world, also most men (in the world scale) aren't balding, they are at most Norwood 1. Probably only 1/4 of males is genetic fuc**d.

But you're right, no any ways besides this:
The di-hydro-toxin must be destroyed ! And at least must be locked at the highest possible level.

Yeah, DHT is a byproduct of testosterone and its useless for adults.

Some women also are balding and have androgenetic alopecia, because the sensitivity their hair follicles is so strong that sufficient are very low levels of androgens to cause balding. It's very rare but it's possible. Not only DHT is cause of balding but also T and all other androgens even at the low levels, unfortunately in that case, if the genetic sensitivity of hair follicles is very very strong.

Only the strongest anti-androgens, estrogens, and other strong meds (used for chemical castration and inhibitors of enzyme CYP 17 A1) will be able to help in that case.
In my country I heard about the women treated with these meds but that practise isn't used too often. But some hope always exists.
My sisters have nothing .One sister has long hair very thick.I lost the genetic lottery
Inhinitors of enzyme CYP17 A1 is more effective than ANDROCUR ? I thought about doubled my dose of 50 mg androcur.

1000 euros for 2 months is a bit too expensive for me I think I 'm just going to double my dose of ANDROCUR
. Women have taken acetate d'abiraterone against Androgenetic Alopecia or for another reason ?

I feel that my sebum is not controlled enough so I want to increase doses .I think when the treatments do not work is because people take smaller doses .Often , I read that people take very small dosage and say it does not work for them
