Does anyone here use Alpecin and minoxidil??

I've head that using both can have negative effect on the minoxidil work. Do you pause between them? Anyone have possitive feedback from Alpecin?

Currently been using Alpecin and spectral dnc lotion (contains minxodil) for roughly less than 3 months. No specific difference and cant really come to a conclusion the above. All I do is add a waiting period of 1 hour after washing hair with alpecin.

Ermm... just my own thoughts. Alpecin does'nt seem to really warrant continuation, for me anyway. All I see it do is cause my hair to grow faster. I tend to get a hair cut every 3 weeks and upon using this, I now cut it every 2 weeks. Scary. Overall making it expensive for the haircuts.

A bottle of alpecin should last you 3 months i.e. washing daily.

I have seen those threads that mention about the incompatibility of Alpecin and minoxidil....

I can't remember where I saw it, but someone sent an email to the producers of Alpecin, and their reply stated that there is no danger of using both at the same time.

If in doubt, send an email and see if they reply to you....

As for the positive feedback, I've been using Alpecin close to 3 months now. I'm still not sure it's doing anything for me. Since it's a relatively cheap shampoo, I'll be buying it again and I'll keep using it for the foreseeable future.

Yep. Alpecin is cheap and cheerful but I love my l'oreal hair thickening shampoo.
