It does neither. Might wake you up a bit if you drink it, but thats it.

it works on the AR's, it forms like a barrier around the bottom of the hair follicle which stops the hair being affected by dht...it doesnt get rid of it..or anything like that...effects the hair follicle...a bit like how fluridil is supposed to work

Yes, I do like. But I don't see anything special about it so far. I'm not using it for too long though. I think I'll start to use it on daily basis. It's a bit problem, because I have very long hair... But well, all those topicals make my hair look like sh*t after 2 days of no shampooing
