Alopecia Totalis For 33 years

I am male, 55 years old. When I was 22 I was getting my hair cut and the barber noticed bald patches on the back of my head. 2-3 months later I had no hair and have been totally bald ever since. My condition, I believe was bought on by stress, or maybe that was a coincidence. I am so familiar with my baldness that I don't often think about it. And fortunately baldness as a fashion statement has been in for some time. Before that however I stood out and was singled out. I have deterioration of the nails also. I certainly would like to find a cure. Hello to all of you out there who have the condition or know of someone with Alopecia Totalis.
