Almost 5 months post transplant hair patchy

Hi, I recently underwent a hair transplant in September 2020 in Turkey, I received 4,000 grafts, my hair is quite dark and looks full when I am indoors, but under certain light, especially outdoors it looks very patchy still, I am worried that it will not get any thicker, is this normal at this stage? Will it become dense and full in time? Or would I need a second transplant? Thanks.
