Allergic from Foam and not on Liquid minoxidil?

there not tolerate Foam?

i have take the last Days 1x kirkland no Allergic reaktion

Yesterday evenning i take Foam
Morning my face red and swollen
Eyrings and red arround the eys

goes Foam to deep in the Bloodstream
and than this Reaktion?
or makes it more a Allergic Reaktion as Liquid?
or makes it more systemic Side effects as Liquid?
