Anyone buy RU from alibaba recently?

My latest batch absolutely will not dissolve.

I'm using the same process for like 10 years now.

I told them about it, showed them pictures, and they like don't believe me. Basically said, sorry that's not possible.

It's fine, i'll just order from somewhere else, but what a waste of money.

He's not critizizing the science behind it but the source, buying stuff from shady labs in china and putting it on your head (without getting it tested at least ) is a really dumb idea. And the fact that you got so defensive shows it.
