If you 've seen my story, you know I'm having a hard time with my hair loss. It is not gradual, as may be the case with many of you. It has been sudden and rapid. I am talking on a scale of one month. I cannot get to a specialist in anything closely resembling a reasonable time frame. But I was able to get a Propecia prescription from my primary care physician.
I struggle with this issue everyday. But I have to admit that it is becoming more and more difficult. I am finding myself drinking a bit more. Sometimes it is all I can do to get some sleep. (Can't sleep; lost a lot of weight.) I cannot seem to calm myself.
To what degree does alcohol affect my hair? I am so troubled, but I cannot seem to get any sleep anymore.
I am continuing therapy with minoxidil, Propecia, and Nizoral. Of course, I do not expect to see immediate results. Having said that, I also cannot take this hair loss, simply becuase it has been so dramatic and has occured over the period of 1.5 months. 45 days!
I'm becoming very scared of myself, and don't know what to do, or whom to turn to anymore. I feel lost.
