My hair was almost completely full before i started i started dutasteride and minoxidil together but the minoxidil made me shed a lot of hair within just a month honestly my hair looked much better before i’m thinking about stopping minoxidil and just sticking with dutasteride do you have any advice from your own experience that might help me

Shedding at the three-to-four month mark is textbook minoxidil behaviour - the hairs that fall are being pushed out by new ones coming in. Mine peaked around week 14 and honestly looked worse before it looked better, then settled back to baseline by month six. If you can stick it out, take progress photos in the same lighting every two weeks rather than judging daily in the mirror. It saved my sanity.
