If someone is a NW2.5 when he is around 35 years old, a NW3 when he is 40 years old and a NW6 when he is now 50years old and he hasn't used finasteride or any other treatments, is this considered aggressive male pattern baldness or moderate male pattern baldness? I'm asking this because this is the common progression most of my family members have had, specially on my mothers side.
And another question: Is finasteride more effective for treating moderate or aggressive male pattern baldness, or is it as effective for both?
