Age 16. Am I balding?

Giving the circunstances that u are only 16 i would say that u should pay attention to your hairline. Yes you are probably balding on front. Your too young to have this kind of hairline.
If u had like 25 - 30 years and your hair were in a stable situation i would say front is "OK", u are thinning towards NW2 area. But your too young and most likely will reecede more between 16 and 30. This age gap is crucial to determine how agressive is your hair loss.
I would pray with minoxidil and nizoral til 18 and hop on antiandrogen meds like finasteride if i were you, specially if u see any sign of progression of your hair loss inbetween 16 and 18(if u care and want to keep your hair).
