Okay, so key points:

- I've been abstinent for years, partly by choice, partly not by choice.
- I'm getting my final forehead reduction procedure next week after inflating a balloon to 550mL under my scalp.
- I'm gonna hit Tinder as soon as I can take some new pics to see if that's gonna work for me with the new hair.

But otherwise, if Tinder is not successful, should I:

(1) Buy a top notch escort
(2) Buy a top notch sugar baby

To celebrate?

Pros of the escort is it's a guaranteed concrete exchange. Cons are increased disease risk, illegal, and harder to co-ordinate locations since you don't want them coming to your house.

Pros of the sugar baby is you can get all sorts of hot 18-25 year old girls on there, and it's safer to let them come over to your place. Cons are some are intentionally trying to milk you for money without putting out.

Which would you do if cost either way was not the issue?

Having a normal forehead has been a dream of mine since I was 10 years old. I can't believe it might be happening in a few days. Need a celebration of some kind.

I don't have progressive hair loss. I do have a massive forehead however which I was born with.

Hair loss only progresses if you let it. I'm not letting mine progress another mm as long as a live.

If there was any freakshow reason I couldn't continue meds, I'd get a hairpiece, since a shaved head isn't an option for me. So either way "scar" is not relevant here.
