After having ZERO side effects, is it possible to get some eventually?

Another side effect related question here. Is it possible that if someone is part of the majority that does not get side effects while on finasteride, that it is still possible for side effects to show up some day down the line?

I have read a lot, so I know that obviously as you get older ED becomes a more likely thing, but I'm interested in knowing how likely it is that finasteride could suddenly one day cause side effects.

The impending fear of thinking something like "I'm okay for now, but maybe some day.." is something I want to take into consideration.

Honestly I guess anything is possible but I think if you dont have any sides in the first year you should be alright. I believe sides show up pretty quickly

So chances are if you get side effects after years of usage, it is something that would have happened regardless of finasteride?
