After a long time reassessing my condition

Still losing around 50 hair per day but crown condition has improved compared to the last result.

I have not taken any medication.
-Only practiced head stand.
- pranayam
- mustard oil

Should I take additional medication, like minoxidil to thicken up the hair? Anyone who used minoxidil experiencing side-effects can give suggestions.

In my previous posts members suggested not to use minoxidil and wait for sometime for reassessment. Hence I made this post to get some clarifications from the experienced members of this group.
