Aerobic exercise is good for raising SHBG or keeping normal SHBG levels and thus less DHT so you are right, Aerobic Exercise is good for hair, but dont overdo it.

I found a website backing up my claims. This is a copy and paste from the site.

Not sure if that page is where i read it but im just proving I dont just make stuff up and pull it out my ***.

4. Participate in more outdoor activities to communicate with nature and exercise more to consume testosterone in the muscles of the body, rather than burn it into DHT. Try jogging or even taking a brisk walk. Any kind of physical activity is much better for your body than sitting around in front of a TV, especially if you don’t normally move around much.

Well your source is full of sh*t, yeah exercise can reduce DHT, but it has nothing to do with "burn[ing] it into DHT"

exercise at the correct intensity and duration fixes so many bodily ailments, gets me over my colds faster, makes growth hormone, etc. If you don't want to age fast, which is why I suspect people are fighting hair loss, then you better exercise. I don't know what skin topicals work or don't work, but exercise is the one thing we have that we know works.
