Advice On Kirkland Needed Please Liquid 5%

Just got my first Kirkland liquid minoxidil and noticed that when unscrew the cap there is no seal/foil under the cap. Bought from here:

Yes, I just opened up one of mine that still had the cap on and there was no seal/foil. You're good.

First application done...need to say feel more tingling sensation compare to foam I usually use..

I was using foam for almost 3 years and I recently switched to liquid, nearly a month now and I also have been getting the tingling, but also irritation and a lot of dandruff/flaky skin from the area I've been applying.

I felt that the foam was not having as much effect.
