Buzz cut for past two years. Minoxodil for past two years.

I know these pictures are not great quality but what are your thoughts? Is considering a hair transplant worth it at this point? Or is the best way forward shorter and shorter buzz cuts?

Looks like you have Diffuse Patterned Baldness. You might be a good candidate for a hair transplant if the hair on your sides is stable. Just be careful though when consulting a transplant surgeon because sometimes when you have diffuse hair loss a hair transplant can cause what is known as "shock loss" where they weaker hairs on top may fall out due to the trauma of the transplant.

Go see a hair transplant coalition doctor like hasson, feller, etc.

They can get you straightened out in one megavisit for about 10 grand.

Money well spent for a lifetime.

Any NW7's in your family?

If that side/back hair is stable, 1 or 2 megasessions from a good surgeon and you can probably call it a day

I'd ditch the minoxidil at this point unless you're going to combine it with some kind of hardcore anti-androgen game in a final attempt at regrowth
