advice needed

why in the hell wont my hair stop falling out?! whenever i brush my hair or wash my hair i probably lose about 20 hairs each time but i never have any on my pillow! can anyone explain if this is normal and ive been on finasteride for 11 months so i would have expected hair fallout to drop.

also, my hairline is becomin worse, its getting thin on my left side now and if i dont do something about it it will soon fade away. now i mentioned last week i hadf a big shed, do u think the hairline will come back stronger???

umm.. have you had any regrowth whatsoever in those 11 mos.?

ive been concentrating on a small bald spot on my hairline since i started and there a lots of new small spikey hairs poppin up there. but ive got a feelin that maybe its not workin on other areas. the dilemma is do i see it out for another 2 months or do i try and add min (which i want to avoid to see if the finasteride shed i had shows results)?
