Hello there folks,
this thread is about peanuts ,although not being a big peanuts eater myself , I recently found out that peanuts are a pretty damn good source of biotin (along with a lot of other vitamins and healthy fats). according to the website I went on (whfoods.com) it contains around 80% of the daily intake for less than half a cup.
but let's not talk about nutrition , this is strictly about biotin and hairloss.
so this thread is mainly directed to people that are reluctant to consume a natural source of biotin instead of supplements and whom didn't know that peanuts contained such high amounts of biotin.
sometimes when you make your researches on internet to know which foods contain this or that vitamin they just omit to put a particular food that actually contains that vitamin.
in my case , I found "peanut butter" in that list .... instead of just "peanut".
which is similar to say that "cheese" is a good source calcium , and not putting "milk" that is the primary source of "cheese"
that's it , if you don't have access to biotin supplements in your location or that you prefer to eat something natural rich in biotin ... just eat peanuts.
