Advanced hair loss - Hair growing back

Hello ALL,
Ive been losing hair for about 10 years now and in 2009 i was Norwood 4 to Norwood 5A advanced.Got divorced in 2010 and the feeling of being bald and looking for woman to marry is a nightmare.

I started wearing hat everywhere I go and the confidence that goes with being bald is just very bad.I started taking finasteride and minoxidil 5% last year, 12/31/15 and result is amazing. I had low libido for weeks and that was temporary.Minoxidil 5% topical dries and irritates my scalp for a year until I discovered a coconut oil applied after few hours does the trick. I use foam and topical since topical is more cheaper. I switch between the two AM and PM.Here are the photos in progress.


I have posted this too in another forum and hope this help and encourage who are suffering from hairloss.Will post latest when I have the time.

9mos, 09/2015 the thin area on this pic previously had no hair.I have more denser hair at present 01/17/16, after 4 mos the photo was taken.

I started losing hair in my early to mid 30's.

Latest photo, 01/21/16.

This is 13 mos Minoxidil 5% and 9 mos Finasteride, 1.25mg.
I started taking Finasteride about 3 mos. after Minoxidil.
I also tried RU58841 for 2 mos. last year but gave up because the price is just too much. 5mg for about $95.00.

I was having hair only on sides and rear. Bald crown, top and front. A Norwood 5A pattern, advanced balding. I felt really bad that I cant even take bi monthly progress photos and look at it.
It was a relief when I saw significant result after around 6-7 mos.

it helps a lot with minoxidil liquid itching.
I use it after 2-3 hours after applying minoxidil. I do alternate foam and liquid. But even foam I got scalp itch.
The virgin, unrefined, organic, cold pressed coco oil is so far the best for me. Cheap, 24oz on Traders Joe cost $5.99. I use 2ml-4ml each application.

2017/03/19 Update.

So, I stop using RU after a year when hair growth becomes visible thinking minoxidil and finasteride would they their job. Besides,RU is expensive compared to minoxidil and finasteride.
I then notice the hair doesnt grow stronger and longer without RU.
I re started RU in January 2017 and result is amazing!

I use 3 grams RU on 60 ml (1 bottle) of Minoxidil. (1 ml per application at night).
I dont apply minoxidil in the morning anymore. I just have 1mg finasteride in the morning and 1ml with RU at night.

I buy RU from Chemyo.com. Pretty good seller -fast 1 day shipping. I am not paid for this review. LOL. I am just pleased with their good service and communication.
