Adenosine And Caffeine In Minoxidil Formulad

Why are there some minoxidil formulas that contain both caffeine AND adenosine? I underatand they are both shown to be growth stimulants, but caffeine has been shown to bind to adenosine receptors, blocking and inhibiting the action of adenosine.

So wouldnt putting both of them in the same formula cancel eachother out basically?

Also i'm pretty sure minoxidil works by binding to adenosine receptors... so basically applying all 3 at the same time, they would all be competing for the same thing and cancel each other out?

Please help me understand

I think caffeine and monixidil work well together, either by sult1a1 or increase of 17β-hsd, I don't know about adenosine.
