I have been using Finasteride for almost 2 years now, with no side effects and has improved/maintained my hairloss.
My regime currently is only this:
-Finasteride 1mg
-Toppik for styling
-Multivitamins
I am looking for any suggestions regarding supplements and shampoos to use alongside my hairloss regime.
I am thinking about Minoxidil, but not sure to use the foam treatment or some kind of oral Minoxidil, I do not want to start using 1000 different things, want to keep it simple as I have a busy schedule.
Regarding shampoos I currently just use Head and Shoulders twice a week and a Loreal shampoo + Conditioner for thin hair once a week.
I used to use Nizoral, and might buy that back to use on my hair before I use the head and shoulders. I also heard Alpecin is good, but never know if these are just marketing scams.
Any product suggestions or ingredients in the shampoo would be useful and appreciated!
